GitHub Glow-Up Workshop

ACM-W conducted an informative GitHub Glow-Up Workshop to help students enhance their technical collaboration skills. The workshop provided a hands-on introduction to GitHub covering commits, branches, version control, and collaborative project management. The session was hosted by Ramsha Ansari, who guided participants through practical exercises and live demonstrations. Students actively participated, asked questions, and explored the importance of GitHub in real-world software development. The workshop concluded with a collaborative coding exercise, allowing participants to apply what they had learned in real time. It successfully strengthened their understanding of version control and teamwork, fostering a culture of open-source collaboration within the ACM-W community.
