As the leader of ACM-W, the Chair is responsible for overseeing all organizational activities, setting strategic goals, and providing direction to the team.
Co Chair

The Co-Chair works closely with the Chair to execute the organization's vision and goals. They assist in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating events, and supporting team members. The Co-Chair steps in for the Chair when necessary and collaborates on decision-making processes.
Vice-Chair

The Vice-Chair supports the Chair and Co-Chair in their duties and acts as a bridge between different departments within ACM-W. They assist in organizing meetings, managing communication channels, and maintaining a record of all meeting details.
SECRETARY
Events Secretary

The Events & Technical Secretary will lead their respective teams and act as the primary contact with the core council, ensuring smooth coordination of all technical workshops, hackathons, and events. They will be responsible for managing the event calendar, scheduling sessions, and overseeing logistical planning. Meanwhile, the Events & Technical Manager will focus on ideation and execution, working closely with executives and volunteers to develop innovative event concepts, finalize technical content, and ensure seamless implementation. Since the Secretary is in the 4th year, during their Practice School (PS) period, the Manager will take full charge of the team's operations and leadership.
Marketing Secretary

The Secretary will lead the team and serve as the primary point of contact with the core council, overseeing the scheduling of posts, reels, and other content. Meanwhile, the Manager is responsible for generating reel ideas and maintaining direct communication with the executives to ensure smooth execution. Since the Secretary is in the 4th year, they may be unavailable during their Practice School (PS) period, during which the Manager will take over leadership of the entire team.
Creative Secretary

The Creative Secretary will lead the design team, and serve as the primary link to the core council and ensure that all posters, and promotional materials are scheduled and executed effectively. They will oversee the designs ensuring timely delivery of visual assets for ACM-W initiatives. On the other hand, the Creative Manager will be responsible for concept development, generating fresh design ideas, and working directly with executives to execute creative campaigns. During the Secretary’s Practice School (PS) period, the Manager will take over the leadership role, ensuring the continuity of all creative projects.
